Cancellation/Refund Policy

Thank you for buying a course with us. We want to make sure that our users have an exceptional learning experience. As with any online purchase experience, the below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a course on our website, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and the conditions covered below.


We understand that you can change your mind. We know that some of our courses might not be 100% relevant to you in your current need. That is why we give you the freedom to ask for a refund. You can request a full refund up to 7 days after paying for access to a course provided you have not yet accessed the materials or attended a class. If a request for refund is made after seven days following purchase, or once you have accessed the materials or a class, in such cases, 50% of the course fee will be charged as the administration and processing fee and the rest of the fee will be refunded. This will only be granted if you have accessed less than 25% of the course.


Refund of the duplicate payment made by the student will be processed within 15 days after intimation by the student.


AD Patterns Institute will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of the day on which you requested it.

While we make every effort to run courses as advertised, we reserve the right to change course content, assessment, dates and instructor/moderator. We also reserve the right to suspend any student who disrupts a course by his or her unacceptable behaviour.
